Our standard package includes two cameras, which are operated by professionals, so we can provide a mixture of wide and close up shots. Audio is provided by a mixture of wireless radio lapel and shotgun microphones, which ensure we pick up readings, singing and ambience. Our professional operator will live mix the visual and audio before transmitting the stream through our broadcast encoder, providing our own multiple mobile internet connections.

Once a booking is made, we create a bespoke personalised webpage, which can be viewed on any internet browser and works with any device. The webpage contains the live stream, a photo, the order of service and a comments section. A Private Link can be shared with your friends and family, who can watch the stream live or on demand, at a later date. A download copy of the funeral live stream is also provided on the page.

Frequently Asked Funeral Live Streaming Questions

What will our family and friends see online?
Our cameras will be positioned discreetly, so they don't block anyone's view, but will let your virtual guest feel like they are with you. Ideally we like to position the main camera to one side or higher up. The main camera is operated by a professional camera operator, they will manually control the zoom and focus, respectfully avoiding any sensitive situations. A second camera is usually positioned behind the congregation, to get a wide angle shot of the service and enable us to switch angles when zooming. We can also provide a third or forth camera, to provide extra angles and footage.

What will our family and friends hear online?
We use wireless radio microphones, lapel microphones for priests, celebrants, shotgun microphones in front of the lectern for readings and additional microphones position around the venue to pick up your voices, singing and ambience. We can either connect to the venues sound system or PA.

Can we have a slide show of memories?
Yes, if you provide us with some digital photos of your loved one, we can create a slide show of memories, which can be played before the funeral commences, or after the ceremony has finished.
Online guests can also add photos to the comments section on the webpage.

Who will be able to watch the funeral live stream?
We create a private funeral webpage, so only invited guests with the link will be able to watch the funeral live stream. Guests can also leave comments. The live stream and comments will remain online and viewable for one year after the funeral live stream service has finished, which can be downloaded as a keep sake.

Do we need a special App or device to watch the funeral live stream.
No, our bespoke webpage is viewable on any web browser or device, such as smart phone, tablet, laptop or smart TV.

Could we have a hard copy of the service as a keep sake?
Yes, the live stream and comments remain on the webpage to view or download for 12 months.

Can you stream outside?
Yes we have several multiple wireless HD cameras which can film away from the main filming area, meaning we can film the funeral cortege arrivals and or departure. Our broadcast equipment means we can live stream graveside or multiple locations including woodland burial sites.

Can you live stream the burial, cremation, committal or wake?
Yes, any part of a funeral can be live streamed, we are often asked to live stream the wake, so those online can see family and friends who have attended in person.

How do you live stream a Funeral or Memorial Service?
Once you complete our online booking and email us a photo of your loved one, we setup the bespoke webpage, which you can start sharing. On the day we like to arrive an hour before the service starts to setup our equipment and discuss arrangements with the funeral directors, priests, churchwardens, celebrants, etc. We like to start live streaming 15 mins beforehand, so we capture family and friends arriving, plus run a slide show. During the service our operator controls the cameras and mixes the audio.

We use the same broadcast equipment used to transmit the data signal, as was used during the Queen's funeral.
